Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to write scripts for validation, debugging, data analysis, and automation.
• Proficiency in Python, Git, MATLAB, and JMP.

Responsibilities

• Build validation test suites for high-speed I/Os and analog circuits.
• Characterize analog, digital, and mixed-signal blocks across process, voltage, and temperature variations.
• Lead debugging of challenging issues with creative solutions.
• Provide feedback to designers on silicon performance and margins.
• Develop tools and scripts to support electrical characterization and chip bring-up.
• Train new engineers in validation practices.
