Job summary

The Lead Mitigation Technician (Construction) oversees emergency water extraction, mold and fire remediation, and supervises crew on service jobs. This role requires IICRC certification, strong supervisory experience, and the ability to manage equipment, safety, and documentation to ensure successful project completion.

Candidates should have 5+ years of supervisory restoration experience, proficiency with MICA/Dash software, and availability to travel, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• IICRC water certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of supervisory experience in restoration construction.
• Experience using MICA, Dash or related water mitigation software.
• Ability to work with time constraints and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee emergency water extraction services.
• Supervise debris removal and demolition tasks.
• Set up emergency services equipment and PPE.
• Monitor moisture levels and drying objectives.
• Provide field documentation and sketches.
• Ensure safety, QA, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment and stock.
• Travel as needed and work nights/weekends.
