Job summary

Arcus Restoration in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Lead Mitigation Technician to oversee water, fire, mold, and environmental mitigation projects from start to finish. You will coordinate field crews, communicate with homeowners and project managers, and ensure documentation is accurate.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, physical stamina, and knowledge of safety procedures; experience in restoration preferred and IICRC certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Knowledge of construction methods and safety procedures.
• IICRC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform water, fire, mold and environmental mitigation services.
• Assess damages, determine scope of work and mitigation strategies.
• Set up and monitor mitigation equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers).
• Ensure work complies with IICRC standards and company protocols.
• Train technicians and assign daily tasks.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, inspectors and project managers.
• Complete and upload on-site documentation and reports.
• Enforce safety protocols on job sites.
