  • Perform and oversee water extraction, demolition, drying, and remediation procedures.
  • Coordinate with homeowners, your team, and project managers.
  • Plan and manage daily job site workflow and crew productivity.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule and meet company quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, moisture readings, and reports.
  • Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve job site challenges professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist with training and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
Preferred Qualifications
  • IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, etc.)
  • 1-3 Experience in the mitigation and remediation industry
  • Experience operating mitigation equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, extractors, etc.)
Schedule & Work Environment
  • Full-time position
  • Some on-call, overtime, and emergency response work may be required
  • Combination of field work and occasional administrative responsibilities
