A leading claims service provider in Cumming, Georgia is seeking a determined lead mitigation technician who is team-oriented and detail-focused. Responsibilities include managing crews, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Ideal candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in the mitigation field and a strong understanding of mitigation processes. IICRC Certifications are a plus. Responsibilities

Someone hard working as well as detail oriented and wants to excel at there position to grow. Must be able to work with a team. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a lead tech in the mitigation industry
• Strong knowledge of mitigation processes, codes, and regulations
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and problem-solving abilities
