CleanPath Restoration™ is seeking a Lead Mitigation Technician to oversee residential and commercial mitigation projects in Dallas, TX. You will lead daily site operations and ensure safety while coordinating with the team to restore properties affected by water, fire, mold, or storms.

Responsibilities

• Document progress, notes, and property photos using mobile software accurately.
• Enforce safety protocols and proper use of PPE across all operations.
• Provide clear project status updates to owners, supervisors, and field team.
• Participate in emergency on-call rotation to support clients in crisis.

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital field leader, restoring residential and commercial properties damaged by water, fire, mold, or storms. In this role, you will lead daily site operations, bringing safety and peace of mind back to property owners across the Dallas community. How You Will Make An Impact

• Execute comprehensive water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration projects for residential and commercial clients.
• Direct the setup, operation, and ongoing monitoring of specialized drying and dehumidification equipment on job sites.
• Perform strategic structural demolition, structural cleaning, and debris removal to prepare sites for full restoration.
• Document job progress, technician notes, and detailed property photos accurately using specialized mobile software.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and ensure proper personal protective equipment usage across all operations.
• Communicate clear project status updates directly to property owners, site supervisors, and field team members.
• Participate in the emergency on-call rotation to deliver rapid, high-quality restoration support to property owners in crisis.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property restoration, construction, or a related skilled trade.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and access to dependable personal transportation.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work comfortably in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
• Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Current IICRC certifications in water, fire, or mold remediation.
• Prior experience managing equipment setups and job site documentation via mobile applications.
• Strong background in customer service within the emergency residential or commercial service sectors.
