Job summary

PuroClean of South Chesapeake in Hampton Roads, VA is seeking a lead who can take ownership in the field and help set the standard for the crew. This full-time role involves hands-on water mitigation work, leading a crew, and advancing into operations leadership as the company grows.

You’ll manage local projects, communicate clearly with customers, and pursue ongoing certifications with training and support. A strong judgment and reliability are essential to delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• IICRC WRT and AMRT certifications required.
• At least two years of water mitigation experience.
• Ability to run jobs or lead a crew.
• Excellent communication and reliability.
• Willingness to take ownership and develop technicians.

We’re a growing, family-owned restoration company looking for a lead who can take ownership in the field and help set the standard for the crew.
