Job summary

RestoPros of Central Georgia in Pittsburgh is seeking a Lead Technician to perform water mitigation for residential and commercial properties while delivering excellent customer service. This labor-intensive construction role includes rotating on-call and emergency response responsibilities.

You will visit new assignments, interface with customers, scope damages, perform mitigation, and document for estimator approval.

• Develop moisture mapping and create drying-log.
• Be capable of carrying heavy loads of debris, damaged materials, and equipment from the property.

• Be able to work unsupervised.

• Proficient in working with technology.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and driving record check.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be fluent in English.

Experience

• Water Mitigation, 2+ years (Preferred, not required)
• Remediation, 2+ years (Preferred, not required)
• Construction, 1+ year (Preferred, not required)
• Xactimate Software proficiency a plus
• IICRC certification a plus
