Qualifications

• Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance or ability to obtain access to SAP.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of full life-cycle software development experience with C/C++/C#, Python, Java, Ada, or Linux.
• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining software architectures and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Mission Systems software office as Chief Software Engineer focusing on software processes and tooling for architecture and execution flows.
• Translates system-level requirements into software requirements with traceability to design, code and test artifacts.
• Oversees software lifecycle activities including risk mitigation, integration and deployment.
• Leads code reviews and validates software against requirements and standards.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers in software development.
