GEO Corrections & Detentions is seeking a Lead MIS Specialist to provide management and technical expertise to the MIS division and secondary line support to facility users. You will support, advise, and maintain various computer operations throughout a facility, including technical support, telecommunication, computer operations, and network administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years in a similar IT/MIS role.
• Demonstrated lead worker or supervisory experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and independent problem solving required.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-user IT support for MIS operations at facilities and via remote access.
• Create, modify and distribute reports using Crystal Reports on GEOnet system.
• Maintain backups, security administration, and software licensing compliance.
• Coordinate with Corporate/Regional IT staff and support teams as needed.
• Monitor IT service levels, budget considerations, and inventory.
