The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead MIS Specialist to provide management and technical expertise to the MIS division and second-line support to facility users.

You will oversee IT operations, conduct fault finding, and ensure compliance with licensing and security policies. Responsibilities include delivering Crystal Reports on GEOnet, supporting budget monitoring, coordinating with regional IT staff, and delivering system training to staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 5+ years in a related role with hardware/software operations.
• Demonstrated lead worker or supervisory experience.
• Ability to identify and solve computer problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead MIS Specialist manages day-to-day MIS service operations.
• Provide second-level end-user support and fault resolution.
• Create and maintain reports using Crystal Reports on GEOnet.
