ICON Technology Group is seeking an on-site Superintendent to lead daily MILCON field operations from horizontal development through interior finishes. You will manage subcontractors, field staff, equipment, and sequencing to ensure safe, high-quality execution in line with UFC/UFGS and EM 385-1-1 requirements.

You will develop 2-week lookahead schedules, coordinate with the Sr. CM for IMS integration, and work with government personnel to support inspections and field activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent or field leadership experience on DoD, USACE, NAVFAC, or large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of field sequencing, site logistics, and construction means and methods.
• Familiarity with UFC/UFGS, EM 385-1-1, USACE/NAVFAC QC programs, FAR/DFARS basics, and AT/FP standards.
• Procore, P6, and typical field documentation tools experience.
• Secret clearance eligibility and willingness to travel to remote or secure sites.

Responsabilités

• Direct all daily jobsite operations, including oversight of subcontractors and ICON field staff.
• Oversee trade partners to ensure safety, sequencing, and workmanship standards.
• Maintain site logistics plan, access control, material flow, and phasing.
• Conduct daily field walks to verify progress against drawings and submittals.
• Prepare 2-week lookahead schedules and integrate with the IMS.
• Coordinate with base personnel and government representatives on inspections.
• Enforce the Site-Specific Safety & Health Plan and conduct toolbox talks.
• Ensure security, restricted-area access, and credential verification.
• Track inspections, testing, and punch-list items; maintain red-line as-builts.
• Provide cost-to-complete updates with Sr. CM and resolve field issues impacting schedule.
