DC Prep is seeking a Middle School ELA Teacher for 4th–8th grade in Washington, DC. This full-time, 10-month role starts August 2026, with exempt status under the FLSA.

The position emphasizes rigorous standards-based instruction, data-informed planning, and collaboration with staff and families to foster student growth. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of lead teaching in urban schools, with a strong commitment to serving underserved communities.
