Job summary

IDR, Inc. seeks a Lead Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to join a top client. This senior, customer-facing consulting role focuses on Microsoft 365 identity and collaboration in hybrid environments and complex migrations.

You will lead architecture discussions, drive migrations and tenant consolidations, design Entra ID/AD hybrid identity, and produce statements of work and docs for engagements. Remote delivery with up to 25% travel, EST preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing and implementing Microsoft technologies.
• 5+ years in Microsoft 365 consulting (enterprise).
• Deep expertise with Entra ID, AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive (hybrid).
• Migrations/consolidations and identity security/Zero Trust concepts.
• PowerShell automation and Microsoft Graph APIs experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects end-to-end with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture/design for Microsoft 365 identity and collaboration solutions in complex enterprise environments.

• Design/support hybrid identity across Entra ID and Active Directory, including authentication, governance, and security best practices.
