Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking an experienced Supervisor of Microbiology to oversee the laboratory team, ensuring timely, accurate testing of environmental monitoring, raw materials, in-process and finished products in a GMP-compliant environment.

The role leads scientists and technicians, develops training, and drives continuous improvement, with collaboration across QA, Chemistry and Production to meet release deadlines and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Supervises daily activities of scientists and technicians.
• Hires and oversees the training of department personnel.
• Conducts performance evaluations.
• Ensures execution of monitoring and testing programs for materials, environmental systems, and production processes.
• Prepares and analyzes summary reports of quality trends.
• Oversees training and development of department personnel.
