Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Food Tech, or Technical field with 2 years in a regulated lab.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing lab and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift team to meet EHS, Quality, and cost metrics.
• Manage budget for headcount, OT, and direct expenses.
• Drive lab efficiencies and MSP objectives; supervise QA labs.
• Coach and develop lab personnel; provide training and mentoring.
• Ensure compliance with Abbott policies and regulatory requirements.
