Heritage Behavioral Health Center in Decatur, IL seeks a Team Lead for Integrated Housing Services to supervise community support and recovery teams across four residential settings, helping adults with serious mental illness live independently.

The role focuses on leadership, assessments, treatment planning, coordinating services, and promoting housing stability within a trauma‑informed, recovery‑oriented framework; schedule Monday–Friday, 8 to 5, with every other Friday off and strong benefits.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Eligibility for licensure as LCPC or LCSW in Illinois is required.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation systems is expected.
