Ideal candidates have extensive experience in metal fabrication, strong supervisory background, and proficiency in lean manufacturing and MS Office for reporting and planning.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in manufacturing.
• Five or more years of supervision in metal fabrication/manufacturing preferred.
• Five+ years experience in vehicle production or machine shop environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily assignments for hourly personnel to meet production goals.
• Onboard and train new hires; provide coaching and feedback.
• Enforce safety, quality, and company policies; stop production as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and other departments.
• Monitor workflow and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Support area budgeting for personnel and equipment when applicable.
