Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Dallas seeks a Senior Superintendent ME/MEP to lead and coordinate the mechanical and electrical trades on the project. You will supervise field staff, manage safety, schedules, quality, and budget adherence while ensuring compliance with contract documents.

You will coordinate with engineers, owners, and architects, review changes, and drive turnover with commissioning and training for system handover. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of six years in mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, scheduling, cost control, and contract documents.
• Proficient in BIM coordination and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate performance of work by subcontractors for MEP systems.
• Ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality, and budget compliance.
• Coordinate design clarifications and labor staffing with trades.
• Review project changes and maintain daily progress records.
