Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a Superintendent Mechanical-Electrical responsible for leading coordination of MEPS work on the project site in Lancaster, PA. You will supervise subcontractors, maintain safety, schedule, and quality while managing budget and staffing under the project leadership.

The role requires a strong background in mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction, reading contract documents, and coordinating with engineers and owners to ensure successful handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least four years of formal engineering or architectural experience.
• Minimum of six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of building construction methods, scheduling and cost control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates subcontractors and trade labor on MEP systems.
• Ensures safety, schedule, quality, and budget adherence.
• Monitors and develops field staff including assistants and interns.
• Communicates with owners, architects and engineers on field issues.
• Leads project inspections, startup, turnover and training processes.
