Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Site Manager, MEP to lead field operations on multiple projects across the United States. This field/project-based position requires strong leadership, coordination of MEP trades, and the ability to manage schedules, safety, quality, and cost control.

You will assist in developing scopes of work, evaluate subcontractors, review drawings, and maintain current project documentation while reporting to the MEP Project Manager. Travel to project sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is required, with 10+ years of construction experience or 15 years with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in light/heavy industrial sectors is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings and reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist MEP Project Manager in locating and evaluating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Assist in developing scopes of work for MEP review.
• Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities from pre-start-up to completion.
• Review drawings and maintain current set; assist in pricing work and change orders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and enforce Gray’s safety program on site.
