ENFRA LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle from inception to close. You will ensure safe execution within budget, schedule, and quality targets while exceeding customer expectations.

The role requires 5+ years in mechanical engineering design, project management, or related construction fields, with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Up to 80% travel may be required across job sites and offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mechanical engineering design, PM, or construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of scheduling, equipment, materials, and financial management.
• Leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe site planning and reviews with hazard analyses.
• Ensure regulatory compliance at all levels.
• Lead project meetings and document timely hand-offs.
• Negotiate vendor and subcontractor agreements.
• Coordinate QA/QC with project staff.
• Manage project budget, cost setup, and subcontracts.
• Track cash flow: invoices, pay apps, and collections.
• Close-out documents and warranty coordination.
• Coordinate start-up and commissioning with all parties.
• Build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
