Description

The MEP Project Manager will report into senior Mission Critical leadership and play a critical role in the successful execution of complex data center construction projects throughout Texas. The MEP Project Manager will oversee planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems while ensuring project quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.

• Manage all MEP scopes on large-scale mission critical and data center projects.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection subcontractors.
• Drive scheduling, procurement, installation, commissioning, and turnover activities.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical challenges and maintain project momentum.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, quality standards, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Support client communication and stakeholder management throughout project delivery.
• Travel throughout Texas as required to support active project assignments.

Profile

For the MEP Project Manager we are seeking:

• 7+ years of MEP construction experience within commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, commissioning, generators, switchgear, and critical infrastructure systems.
• Data center or mission critical project experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading MEP coordination on complex construction projects.
• Proficiency with construction management and coordination platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, Revizto, or Navisworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout Texas.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
