Job summary

Clayco is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and elevator subcontractors on-site, ensuring projects meet schedule and budget. You will coordinate with design teams, clients, and field staff to maintain quality and compliance across nationwide projects.

The role demands strong leadership, extensive MEP knowledge, and the ability to review drawings, manage changes, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 6–10 years of experience managing MEP projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of architectural, structural, and civil documents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage MEP scope, bids, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Coordinate with design team and clients to address scope changes.
• Oversee field coordination, quality control, and safety compliance.
