Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced MEP Project Engineer for a high-profile technology project in Northern Louisiana. You will lead the project team, coordinate with subcontractors and owner representatives, and ensure installation aligns with contract documents.

Key duties include managing the contract item list, tracking ROJ dates, supporting schedule updates, evaluating RFIs, and guiding budget changes with the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least four years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems on construction projects.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Turner project team, subcontractors, owner's consultants and reps for optimal alignment and efficient systems installation.
• Prepare and manage the contract item list to ensure ROJ dates align with the project schedule.
• Participate in schedule updates and provide latest information for accurate planning.
• Evaluate and manage RFIs and budget changes with subcontractors' financial status.
• Co-lead MEP coordination with the VDC Engineer to meet design requirements and quality standards.
