Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced MEP leader for a full-time traveling assignment across the United States. You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical and related systems from preconstruction through commissioning, reporting to senior project leadership.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least ten years of design and field installation experience, with LEED preferred and travel 50–100%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum ten years' experience with design, cost, sequence, logistics and field installations of MEP systems.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management and scheduling software desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owner's representatives.
• Lead, supervise and develop Turner MEP staff and oversee daily activities of Engineer-MEP and subordinates.
• Manage MEP procurement, project budgets, quality, safety, engineering, coordination, scheduling, installation, commissioning and close-out.
• Oversee and implement contract documents and applicable codes.
• Other duties as assigned.
