Mortenson is seeking an experienced MEP Design Phase Manager to lead design phase activities for multiple projects, including estimating, partner selection, scheduling, and commissioning of MEP scopes. The role offers two levels (I and II) with compensation tied to experience and location.

Key duties include reviewing MEP options, performing cost analyses, coordinating design input, and presenting estimates to clients. Opportunity for growth within a leading construction firm.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction/Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years construction experience, preferably with MEP contractor/engineering firm.
• Minimum 5 years estimating or on-site PM experience; or 5 years design/project management in an engineering firm.

Responsabilidades

• Provide input in acquisition of new projects and support for design phase.
• Review MEP options and perform systems analysis for projects.
• Coordinate life cycle cost analysis during MEP system selection.
• Prepare budgetary MEP estimates from program design information.
• Support project teams and on-site MEP resources to meet scope, quality, and schedule goals.
