Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager I & II to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes on mid to large projects, with focus on quality, safety, and client relations. This role supports development from project initiation through closeout, including coordination, budgeting, and contract management.

The position offers two levels based on experience, with base pay ranges disclosed, and requires up to 100% travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3-D coordination, testing, and commissioning.
• Manage data center budgets, projections, and invoicing.
• Oversee subcontractor selections, billings, and contracts.
• Lead project closeout, manuals, model turnover, and training.
• Develop and mentor Assistant PMs and Project Engineers.
• Serve as main owner contact, resolving site concerns and building relationships.
• Manage change orders and approvals.
• Ensure quality, risk, safety, and compliance throughout the project.
