Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor in the classroom, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will partner with parents and center staff to drive enrollment and engagement, while upholding licensing requirements.

The role requires CDA or state trainer status, 2–3 years of early childhood experience, and a bachelor’s in ECE, with opportunities to grow within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational ability.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; model behaviours and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
