Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor staff, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing space where children learn and grow. You will collaborate with families and center leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement.

The role requires 2–3 years in Early Childhood Education, a CDA or NAEYC candidacy, and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations.
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy required or willingness to obtain.
• Approved state trainer preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s in ECE preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom and model behaviors.
• Implement the curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities, and partners.
