Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor teachers, implement developmentally appropriate curricula, and create a safe, nurturing classroom where children learn through play. You will partner with parents to deliver exceptional care and education, contributing to center enrollment and engagement while adhering to licensing standards.

The role requires CDA credential or NAECY candidacy, 2–3 years of ECE experience, and the ability to lift and work in varied

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Active CDA Credential or NAECY candidacy, state trainer preferred.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum aligned with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families and community contacts.
