Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead classrooms with a nurturing environment and to implement the center's curriculum. You will collaborate with families, center staff, and leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement across our nationwide network.

The role requires an active CDA or NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years of early childhood experience, CPR/First Aid readiness, and strong English communication to support children and families.

Qualifications

• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or NAEYC candidacy is required or preferred
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors
• English reading/writing/speaking to communicate with children and parents

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum per child’s needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners
