Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Lead Mentor to oversee initial and ongoing skill monitoring for staff across our Arizona sites.

You will partner with Operations, Nursing, and Clinical leaders to assess safety practices and training needs, while helping craft and track unit training plans. The role emphasizes frontline mentorship, growth opportunities, and supporting a team delivering integrated behavioral health services to diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in the health care field required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a training or education role preferred.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support skills and knowledge of employees on site.
• Collaborate with Operations Administrator, Nurse Manager, Clinical Director, and Clinical Manager on safety practices and training needs.
• Assist in development and monitoring of each unit’s training plan.
