Job summary
The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. in Cambridge, MA, seeks a Principal Integration & Test Engineer to lead and advise teams in developing and testing advanced electro-mechanical and electro-optical systems for GN&C, defense, and space applications.

Qualifications
- 7–10 years in Systems Engineering or a related role.
- Expertise in verification and validation planning and execution.
- Experience leading large-scale test programs and plans.
- Ability to design and develop test systems (hardware and software), test equipment, and fixturing.
Responsibilities
- Manage priorities, scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
- Derive system-level I&T requirements and define plans and test procedures.
- Mitigate and resolve I&T risks and issues for programs.
- Lead and teach best practices to engineers across teams.
- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop and document test approaches and program Lifecycle assets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
