Job summary

Veolia is seeking an experienced engineer to support the production of water filtration membranes at our Minnetonka facility. The role focuses on mechanical, industrial, or chemical engineering to optimize multiple production lines, mentor junior engineers, and lead continuous improvement projects.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, quality and maintenance teams to meet safety, production, and cost goals, develop BOMs, routings, and drive digitization initiatives while advancing your

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain.
• Experience with water filtration products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop process engineers on the team.
• Provide engineering support for operation of multiple production lines and day-to-day troubleshooting.
• Own the value stream creation and updates within your scope.
