Job summary

Veolia is seeking an experienced engineer to support the production of water filtration membranes at our Minnetonka facility. You will apply mechanical, industrial, or chemical engineering expertise to optimize membrane manufacturing processes and collaborate with multiple internal teams.

Ideal candidates have a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity, with hands-on experience in manufacturing environments and willingness to lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop process engineers on the team.
• Provide engineering support for multiple production lines; troubleshoot and track performance.
• Own the value streams and drive updates within your scope.
• Interface with manufacturing, R&D, quality, maintenance, sales, marketing to meet goals.
• Create and update BOMs, routings, and new part numbers.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to meet production metrics.
• Develop, write, and review new process documentation.
