Job summary

Stretch Zone in New City, NY, invites a driven Lead Sales Associate to grow a team focused on helping members feel better, move better, and live better. This role combines leadership with hands-on sales and exceptional guest service in a fast-growing wellness studio.

You will mentor the sales team, coach associates, and drive performance while ensuring a welcoming, supportive client experience and hitting studio targets. Finalize daily operations with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer-facing experience is required.
• Prior experience supervising or supporting a team is preferred.
• Comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio and ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness for members.
• Provide coaching and support to the sales team and monitor performance.
• Assist sales associates with ongoing training and development.
• Lead by example or cover for the Owner when unavailable to keep the studio running smoothly.
• Close up the studio at the end of the day and celebrate team wins.
• Educate members on benefits of Stretch Zone and meet sales targets.

We are excited about recently launching our beautiful new Stretch Zone studio, the first in Rockland County, New York, right here in New City.

We are looking for the right individual to join our existing team, giving you a unique opportunity to shape our local culture and fast-track your career in the wellness industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Opening the studio as needed and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready for the first members. You help review the day’s appointments and goals with the team, supporting a positive and focused environment.
• Throughout the day, you're the team's go-to resource, offering coaching when needed, checking in on performance, and jumping in to help solve problems.
• Assist sales associates with ongoing support and training.
• Whether leading by example or stepping up when the Owner is offsite or unavailable, you’re a dependable leader who keeps the studio running smoothly.
• By the end of the day, you help close up the studio as needed, celebrate team wins, and prepare for a strong tomorrow.
• Educate members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching while meeting performance and sales targets
• Create a friendly, welcoming experience by scheduling sessions, answering phones, and assisting with questions or concerns
• Strengthen long-term member relationships through consistent follow-ups and thoughtful engagement

What You’ll Have:

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is required
• Prior experience supervising or supporting a team is preferred
• Comprehensive training provided
• Clear communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others
• Openness to learning and growing in a new skill set
• Availability for this role to work weekends is a plus
