Job summary

Rogue Credit Union is seeking a Member Solutions & Asset Protection Manager in Medford, OR to oversee collections, hardship support, loss mitigation, and related risk management activities. This exempt role partners with the VP to align practices with policy and drive member outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of progressively responsible experience in collections, asset protection, loss mitigation, recovery, bankruptcies, foreclosures, repossessions, workouts, or related financial services operations.
• Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field). An equivalent combination of education, specialized training, and directly related experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and policies affecting collections, recovery, servicing, and asset protection is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the daily operations of the Member Solutions and Asset Protection Departments, overseeing collections, hardship assistance, loss mitigation, recoveries, bankruptcies, foreclosures, repossessions, collateral protection, and related activities.
• Leads and develops the team by hiring, coaching, and motivating employees to achieve operational goals and performance expectations.
• Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies and partners with other departments to ensure compliance.
• Develops, monitors, and reports on key department metrics and uses data to identify trends and improve operating efficiency.
• Performs other duties and participates in special projects to advance Rogue Credit Union's objectives.
