Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Part-time Medication Technicians (Med Tech/CMA) to provide compassionate, direct care to residents, assisting with medication administration and activities of daily living per individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid state medication administration license (CNA/CMA/QMAP/Certified Caregiver) or meet state requirements for medication administration in assisted living.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication, including self-administration if outlined in care plans.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Assist in managing medication inventory and coordinate re-orders/deliveries with pharmacies.
• Provide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living to residents.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs and promote independence.
