CRI-Help, Inc is seeking a Lead Medication Nurse to oversee medication nursing staff and ensure compliant patient care in a Los Angeles County facility. You will supervise nurses and coordinators, oversee training, and ensure proper documentation.

The role requires an active CA RN/LVN license, CPR/BLS, and 2+ years in SUD settings with supervisory experience. Expect full-time, in-person work with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN/LVN license in California and active CPR/BLS.
• Minimum two years in SUD or similar clinical setting with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of medication protocols and patient safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across admission to discharge.
• Supervise Medication Nurses and Coordinators; oversee training.
• Transcribe clinicians' orders into charts and monitor self-administration.
• Record observations in the EHR and ensure timely documentation.
• Assess medication reactions and adherence; coordinate care with nursing leadership.
• Maintain 65% DMC billing productivity per month and be on-call after hours.
• Conduct performance reviews and maintain monthly schedules.
• Complete Care Coordination documentation and incident reports.
