Job summary

CRI-Help is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to coordinate medical care and MAT across its Los Angeles County facilities. The NP will work with consulting physicians and the Director of Nursing to support detox, intake, and social services during treatment.

Ideal candidates hold a California NP/PA license, DEA registration, and have experience with substance use disorders. This full-time, in-person role includes strong benefits and PSLF eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must hold California Advanced Practice Provider license (PA or NP).
• Current DEA registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consulting physicians to provide MAT and medical care.
• Liaise with Director of Nursing to oversee detox, intake, and social services during treatment.
• Perform initial and ongoing medical assessments and evaluate health status.
• Prescribe MAT and educate patients on benefits/risks and alternatives.
• Document observations, interventions, and care plans accurately.
