$10,000 Sign-on Bonus for External Candidates
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, every 4th weekend, with potential to work holidays and cover afternoon shifts if needed.

The Lead Medical Technologist, under general supervision, performs laboratory procedures and evaluations to assist physicians in diagnosis and provide quality patient care. As a microbiology laboratory technologist, you will conduct routine and complex tests, applying your knowledge of techniques, principles, quality control, and instrumentation. You will troubleshoot issues and ensure test accuracy. As a lead, you will also handle supervisory duties, assignments, and support the Laboratory Supervisor.
The hourly range is $28.03 to $54.95, based on factors like education, experience, and certifications.
