Position Summary...

The position is to hire a leader in IDC who will work in a global capacity to deliver strategic enterprise initiatives aimed at streamlining product development, processes, and tools. The role also involves building a best-in-class team by continuously developing and upskilling team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; develop and communicate strategies; analyze costs and forecasts; determine resource requirements; evaluate operational processes; measure outcomes; identify improvement opportunities; promote a customer-centric environment; and support continuous learning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop a skilled and engaged workforce, including talent recruitment, mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning.
  • Foster an environment of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices, developing consequences for violations, and supporting an open-door policy.
  • Build internal and external partnerships to achieve business goals, including community outreach, stakeholder engagement, and supporting associate initiatives.

Financial and Program Management:

  • Manage budgets, provide estimations, monitor delivery schedules, and project ROI.
  • Apply program management frameworks, define project charters, and measure performance baselines.
  • Understand operational and financial drivers to recommend cross-functional solutions.

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Use effective communication styles to influence and build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Prepare clear reports and presentations, and build productive relationships across teams.

Technology and Business Strategy:

  • Maintain awareness of technological trends and link them to business strategies.
  • Translate business requirements into strategic initiatives and oversee their execution.

Program Estimation and Monitoring:

  • Use estimation and risk assessment tools to allocate resources and develop response plans.
  • Track program progress, develop forecasts, and improve processes for efficiency.

Business Operations:

  • Design planning processes, develop business cases, and understand interrelationships within the business.

What you'll bring:

Experience working with global teams, leading strategic initiatives in partnership with product engineering, design, and analytics, and rolling out enterprise priorities.

The physical activities necessary include observing behavior, presenting information, effective communication, verifying and reading small print, creating documents, and electronic data entry.

Travel: International travel to multiple facilities or work-sites, often requiring extended overnight stays.

Minimum Qualifications:

3-5 years of supervisory experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 6 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience in project or program management.
