Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Florida Medical Technologist license or state certification.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience.
• Experience supervising staff and ensuring QA.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staff performance, onboarding, and on-the-job training.
• Ensures quality control and compliance with CAP/CLIA and SOPs.
• Supervises daily laboratory operations, workflow, and scheduling.
• Maintains instrument maintenance and data recording; analyzes results.
• Collaborates with Medical Directors and clinical teams; supports audits and improvements.
