Responsibilities

• Lead/oversee daily activities of the Laboratory department including personnel scheduling and workflow processing.
• Perform and document quality control and proficiency testing to meet regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure timely reporting of testing results and manage critical value communications.
• Assist with instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and vendor liaison for repairs.
• Maintain safe lab environment and supports ongoing staff development.
