• 5 years of clinical lab experience in chemistry and/or hematology.
• ASCP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routines and complex procedures on body fluids using lab equipment.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot lab instruments; document corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Report results in a timely manner using LIS and verification processes.
• Adhere to quality control policies and maintain calibration records.
• Assist in training new personnel and participate in departmental projects.
• Lead technologist in the absence of supervisor when necessary.
