Job summary

LSL Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Warehouse Operations to lead the warehouse, distribution, and logistics functions in Illinois. You will partner with Supply Chain and Production to ensure on-time, accurate material flow from customer orders to inbound materials and 3PL coordination.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in warehouse operations, hands-on experience with TMS/WMS/ERP systems, and knowledge of OSHA/DOT and healthcare distribution requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience developing SOPs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple product flows (outbound/inbound/3PL).
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated healthcare distribution preferred.
• Hands-on experience with TMS for carrier selection, rate management, and freight optimization.
• Familiarity with WMS, ERP warehouse modules, and inventory systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and healthcare distribution regulatory requirements.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, Warehouse Operations leads LSL Healthcare's warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations, serving as the operational leader responsible for building, optimizing, and executing all aspects of warehouse operations. The Senior Manager serves as the primary operational partner to Supply Chain and Production on all material flow activities, ensuring that product moves accurately and on time across every flow path: customer orders out, raw materials in, kits to and from sterilization, and inventory to 3PL partners.

• 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience managing warehouse operations and personnel, with accountability for team performance, KPIs, and operational metrics
• Demonstrated experience developing operational processes, SOPs, performance metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous product flows (outbound fulfillment, inbound receiving, third-party logistics, and/or regulated product handling)
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated healthcare distribution preferred
• Hands-on experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) for carrier selection, rate management, and freight optimization
• Familiarity with WMS platforms, ERP warehouse modules, and inventory management systems
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and applicable healthcare distribution regulatory requirements
