Job summary

Millstone Medical Outsourcing, LLC is seeking an Inventory Lead at the Olive Branch facility to support the supervisor in driving continuous improvement in inventory operations. You will guide the inventory team, ensure accuracy and efficiency, and maintain storage organization.

The role involves coordinating cycle counts, monitoring finished goods levels, and providing accurate reporting to promote inventory accuracy and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior inventory experience.
• Basic arithmetic skills and accurate data entry.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to train other employees and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assign work to inventory team as directed by supervisor.
• Train team members and resolve discrepancies.
• Support cycle counts and maintain finished goods levels.
• Ensure proper storage organization and bin upkeep.
• Produce accurate inventory reports for supervision.
• Assist in process improvements and quality issues.
