Qualifications

• Certification as CPC, CCS, or RHIA upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and train a team of coders and data entry staff, addressing performance issues as needed.
• Conduct quality reviews and provide education on coding processes, policies, and systems.
• Resolve complex coding problems and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with physicians, practice managers, and stakeholders to resolve coding, billing, and documentation issues.
