Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads coding to ensure accuracy and timeliness of ICD-10, HCPCS, and CPT coding.
• Monitors key departmental metrics in quality, efficiency and production.
• Collaborates with Revenue Cycle Leaders and Teams to resolve denials.
• Coordinates and performs training for team members as needed.
• Participates in human resources functions including interviewing and selection.
